Meditation is one of the most ancient techniques known to man, and certainly one of the most essential.

Practised in different ways by cultures all over the world, the benefits of regular meditation are many and varied. The inner tranquillity that meditation brings also results in better health, greater insight and inspiration, improved confidence and more energy, to name just a few. In fact, meditation can be a life-transforming thing—there are few areas of life that will not be affected by it for the better.

This three-morning introductory workshop is for those with little or no experience of meditation. It will cover the broad theory of meditation as a spiritual discipline combined with various exercises to help you achieve mental control and inner stillness.

While many meditation methods apply it to health, goal achievement and stress relief, the emphasis in this workshop will be towards gaining inner harmony of mind and emotions, thereby allowing us to contact our deeper spiritual levels.
