Your dreams are speaking to youÑdo you know how to listen? We get important messages about life from our dreams. They reflect our deepest feelings and truths, and serve as one of our most powerful communication links to the spiritual realm. Dreams transcend space and time, showing us the distant past and possible future. They enable us to experience other realities and have contact with spiritual forces.
In this experiential workshop, you will learn how to deepen your understanding of your dreams, working with different techniques on your own, with a partner and in a group. You will discover how you can use dreams proactively for guidance, creativity and healing, and do guided waking dream incubation, a way to seek specific information and help. You will delve into understanding big dreams that mark life's turning points and spiritual awakenings. You will also consider how our dreams participate in 'global mind', and influence the consciousness of humanity as a whole.
Participants should bring two or three of their own recorded dreams.

Rosemary Ellen Guiley, Ph.D., has guided group and individual dreamwork for 11 years as a lay facilitator.
